The Atom
Atom was discovered by Joseph J Thomson in,1897. Atom is the fundamental unit of all the materials. Atom may and may not exist in independent form ,for independent existence they form bond . There are different types of bonds and chains that is the cause of atom shapes.

Atoms are represented with capital letters . Only single capital letter is used to show an atom . First letter of any atom name is taken for symoblic representation. If two atoms have same beginning letter then we represent it with first letter in Capital form and second letter in small case .
The central part of an atom is called Nucleus.Nucleus is consists of Proton and Neutron. Proton has positive charge while Neutron has no charge. Electron moves in a path called orbit. Electron has negative charge.
