                              When you eat something you should feel it is delicious amd healthy for your health after chewing it . Now a days food industry and different techniques of cooking influence the choices of people. Care should be taken while choosing the food. Food is our basic requirement and our whole body functions due to food energy.
            Junk food has changed our healthy food requirements. It is easily available and secondly it is cheap. Spending  healthy life is dire need of hour.
           Fruit and vegetables provides us minerals and vitamens. We should eat fresh items .
        Besides fruit and vegetables we eat wheat ,rice and barley on daily bases which contain carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are essential elements of our energy.
           Dairy products contain calcium, fat and protein. We should use them on daily basis.
              We get protein and iron from meat and eggs.
             Water is major components of food . It helps to digest the food. We should drink it according to weather conditions and demand of our body.
